KS4 Examinations

Year 9 Exams
The Year 9 end of year exam is assessed in one written paper that lasts 60 minutes, covering the following topics:

• Topic 1 Cells & Exchanges
• Topic 3 Infection and Response in Humans
• Topic 2 Human Digestive System
• Topic 2 Human Circulatory System

It is sat around the beginning of the summer term each year.

Year 10 Exams
The Year 10 end of year exam is assessed in one written paper that lasts 60 minutes, covering the following topics:

• Topic 1 Cell Division and Topic 6 Reproduction
• Topic 6 Genes and inheritance
• Topic 7: Habitats and Sampling populations

It is sat around the beginning of the summer term each year.
