We are a fun and active Parent Teacher Association that supports Sutton Grammar School in delivering an excellent education to students. With the increasing squeeze on school budgets, our fundraising is ever more important and everyone can play an active part in the life of the PTA.
We have a network of SGSPTA Year Rep Teams comprising parent volunteers who organise social events for their child’s form and the year group. You don’t have to attend PTA meetings to join the fun or help out. Just come along to one of our organised events or respond to a call for volunteers. We meet once each half-term, and you can email us at erc@suttongrammar.school to learn more.

PTA events are held across the year and scheduled during our meetings. Parents are welcome to come forward and lead an event that interests them. The event leader seeks assistance from other parents and coordinates the event, but all with the full support and resources of the Committee.

To supplement the funds raised by the Mock Tests as well as other PTA events, you can help raise funds by the following methods:
PTA Christmas Raffle virtual tickets are now available for purchase online through your ParentPay account for £1 each. The money raised will to go towards the refurbishment of the Pavilion at Northey.
If you would prefer to give a donation rather than purchasing raffle tickets, please log into your ParentPay account to do so.
Ticket sales will close after 11.59PM on Thursday 12 December, with a draw by the Headmaster on Friday 13 December. We are extremely grateful to the Forms and individuals who have generously donated Raffle prizes. Further details about these prizes and other Raffle information are provided below.
In addition to the Raffle prizes listed, the class with the highest participation rate in the School will win free takeaway pizza – to be delivered during the final week of term.
